Comrades, too many people fought, too many people died, too many people have been imprisoned just for you to be able to vote today...please dont waste their sacrifice. We encourage you to vote the entire ballot. Local elections and state elections are just as impactful and possibly as detrimental as the federal elections. You still have time to look up candidate policies and QUESTIONS that have been placed on your local ballots. Finally Comrades, AFTER YOU VOTE...stay engaged! Go to the town hall meetings, call your representatives, go to the school board meetings, RUN FOR POSITIONS, and keep those you voted for or whoever gets into office accountable to the values and needs of your family and community...because no one politician is perfect and will align 112% with your needs. Summer is here, and so is Drumming With Dad! Ready for some drumming fun? ? We start next week!!? ? We invite male caregivers to make memories this summer with Drumming With Dad! This FREE Father engagement activity happens every Tuesday at Druid Hill Park and Wednesday at Lake Montebello from 6:30-7:30 PM, July to August. ? ? Families that participate also are invited to a free camping trip in October! We provide sleeping bags and tents for the families that they can KEEP! ? ?
