You can now ensure more precise flagging of forbidden words and sentences in the Copywriting Tool. Here’s what’s new: ? Precise word flagging. Forbidden words now trigger only on exact matches, eliminating false flags from partial matches. ? Stronger sentence enforcement. Forbidden sentences are flagged only when they match exactly as entered. ? Fewer false alerts. This update ensures greater consistency, preventing words or phrases from being mistakenly flagged for containing part of a forbidden term. This change helps streamline the review process, reducing unnecessary disruptions while maintaining control over language guidelines.

A small but important update in Copywriting: You can now add groups of materials—called “components”—multiple times within the same composition. This makes it possible to use the same component label for different material combinations within a larger whole. A simple change, but one that keeps things more flexible and organized ??

Creative Force now supports dual barcodes, letting you use an additional sample property—like EAN—at every stage of production. Before, teams had to rely on a single identifier, making it tricky to manage samples with multiple codes. Now, whether you’re: ? On set scanning products ? Importing jobs with mixed SKUs; or ? Checking in samples and updating records …you can work with two identifiers instead of one. This means: ? Fewer errors; ? Even fewer workarounds; and ? Faster, more accurate sample tracking Two barcodes. One seamless workflow ??
