Last week, our leadership team gathered for an unforgettable retreat filled with fun, laughter, and lots of team bonding! From friendly competition on the mini-golf course to collaborating in escape rooms, racing in go-karts, and sharing great memories, our directors had the chance to relax and recharge together. It’s events like these that strengthen our team and allow us to continue providing the best care and learning experience for the families we serve. Last year, we introduced two dedicated paid wellness days each year for our CKA team to focus on their overall health and well-being. Our second wellness day this year will be March 29th, 2024, during which all of our CKA locations will be closed. We encourage staff and families to use these days to take care of themselves mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We look forward to kicking off April and the spring season refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to spread positive energy to our children and families!
