Creative Girls Rock? is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was birthed from my passion for creative arts, youth development, community engagement; and, a therapeutic method for anxiety. Our mission is to educate and empower young girls and women to utilize their creative talents in unique ways to enhance creativity; and, to foster balanced living, personal growth and happiness. CGR offers free programming, CGR Master Classes, within the Nashville community as a platform for creative expression, arts and crafts, artistic design, visual arts and empowerment workshops. The CGR Master class helps our youth and women to explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, anxiety and boost self-esteem.

IT'S TIME ????? After five years of planning, tomorrow, Thursday 11/21 will mark the official construction kickoff for the Bordeaux Collaborative, a collaboration center that will house both Creative Girls Rock? and FiftyForward Bordeaux Senior Center. Construction will transform the former @fiftyforward 1,800-square-foot space into an 8,900-square-foot facility that is scheduled to open in 2026! Additionally, the facility will feature room for other nonprofits and government offices to share resources and information in the Bordeaux community, and we are thrilled to arrive at this point. Yesterday, Creative KIDS Rock?? hosted the Harvest Season Gratitude Portrait Project with the talented young artists at Purpose Preparatory Academy. Through this workshop, students created beautiful self-portraits surrounded by symbols of the harvest season and the things they’re most thankful for. This activity inspired the students to reflect on gratitude and express it through art, filling the room with warmth and creativity. With their portraits adorned in fall symbols and heartfelt gratitude notes, our young artists captured the essence of the season beautifully.
