It's always rewarding and exciting when a project starts to turn over. Especially when Creative Builders Inc. is involved. They've knocked it out of the park with Beaufort SC's newest multifamily development of 4000 Margaret. 11 3 story apartment buildings and 48 townhouse units with an amazing amenity center. Tomorrow, Creative Builders will be closed in honor of Founder's Day. We spend most of our days driving forward, making our company better, but we also believe in taking time to reflect on the foundation of our company and the vision that has guided us to where we are today. When Billy McCauley founded Creative Builders, he was building more than a construction company, he was building a mission - a purpose that resonates with each of us and inspires us in our work every day. He may not have sat down and written out our Core Values, but they were in his heart and showed up in his leadership every day. The values of?All-In Teamwork,?Relationships,?Excellence, and?Sustainability?- these values were who he was and he lived them out every day. As we continue to press forward, we will not forget the vision that brought us together and the values that define who we are as a company.
