We’re excited to share major progress on Park Algodon, the $250M industrial and mixed-use development in Phoenix. Grading and paving are hitting a big milestone, and site concrete for curbs and sidewalks is underway. Building C is now fully painted and getting glass & storefront installations. Meanwhile, PCCP work is in progress at the truck docks of Buildings B and C. All four buildings are officially standing, with roof structures complete—except for Building E, which is being installed as we speak. Music City will be rocking tonight as Goodnight Nashville hosts its official grand opening! In a few short hours, Jelly Roll will take the stage (likely with a few surprise guests!) at this brand-new, four-story entertainment space on Lower Broadway, developed by Creation and Evening Entertainment Group.

The latest collaboration between Creation & Evening Entertainment Group , we’re back to check on construction at this four-story, $50M venue directly across from the iconic Bellagio fountains, and let’s just say the progress is impressive. This will soon become a truly one-of-one industrial development with 144K square feet of space, 32-foot clear heights and 6 acres of contiguous yard. Located on the southeast corner of Warner Road and Hardy Drive, the prime location presents an incredible opportunity with exceptional design.

Since opening last summer underneath The Americano, Tell Your Friends—a collaboration between Creation Hospitality and Clive Collective—has earned top honors around town. From landing on “Top 100 Bars” and “Best New Bars” lists to being named among the “Best of the Valley” and “The Best-Kept Secrets in Phoenix,” it’s quickly become a must-visit destination.
