关于我们

Creating Coding Careers is training deeply skilled apprentice coders. Using a broad network of recruiters, we identify the right apprentice candidates. Then we introduce them to our intensive training program. Not all applicants are able to make the cut and join our program, but those that succeed join dozens of others whose tech careers have been launched by our instructors. Creating Coding Careers is unlike other bootcamp models, from the way we recruit to our post-graduation relationships.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg wasn’t just a Supreme Court justice, she was a force. From 1993 to 2020, she held her place on the bench, becoming the first Jewish woman and the second woman in history to serve on the Court. But it was her fierce, no-nonsense dissents that set her apart, boldly standing up for gender equality and human rights. She took on case after case, winning landmark victories and refusing to back down. She was popularly dubbed "the Notorious R.B.G." and was a warrior for justice. #cccareers #QOTD #diversity #inclusion

Some of the key takeaways from yesterday’s amazing Veterans Career Panel at San Diego City College can apply to anyone: ? Mike Roberts shared the importance of mentors, who are extremely valuable for students and people developing a new career. Connecting and building relationships with people who are in the field you’re getting into can be helpful in navigating decisions and information while you’re learning.? ? Chelsey Gray revealed a GREAT tip on how to make networking not feel too “salesy.” She always focuses on helping others first and providing value to people she meets to build a relationship.? ? Dion Johnson shared how following what you’re passionate about leads to a better career. He wanted to better his community through therapy and psychology but faced roadblocks getting there. He persevered in his education and now supports service members as a Naval Medical Center therapist.? ? Robert Davis expressed how helpful public resources can be, especially if you’re a veteran. He utilized VA services and tools to support his career. Thank you to San Diego City College Veteran Service Center, Roger Sanchez, and Yonatan Hernandez for putting together this insightful panel. #CareerGrowth #NetworkingTips #ProfessionalDevelopment #transitioningservicemembers #veterans
