There are two types of Las Vegas at 3am: There's the party people in their tight clothing, running around from the night before. Then there's me - just waking up and finding a secluded spot to crank out an email. I was at the coffee shop (slash... club?) this morning and I could overhear this dude bragging to a girl about how he's a digital marketer. There he was, drunk out of his mind, unmarried, talking talking talking while a real digital marketer stood 3 feet away about to practice his craft. His story made it into in my email. Do you think MY story will make it into *his* email tomorrow morning? Or will he be too hungover to get up in a few hours while this message is printing leads? Life is about choices. And the ones we make when we're young are important, sure. But the ones we make *right now* are more important. Getting a good night's sleep. Doing what we said. All that kinda stuff. The choices compound in every area - for example, you could DECIDE to make 1 hour of cold calls today. Or you could say "oh it's Saturday nobody will answer me" and go back to bed. One will grow your business, one won't. You COULD google industry conferences in your city and go hang out with a bunch of chiropractors or dentists and pitch them on your service in person - thus being the only agency guy at the whole event and book 60 meetings in a few hours... or you could go to the bar and hit on ladies that you'll forget about the next day. Choices choices... Queue that cold email campaign or watch another movie? I'll share some more stories of these mastermind onboarding calls as we go on, but for now... I have an email to write.

WATCH OUT FOR THESE MASTERMIND RED FLAGS I watched one of our sales reps last night do a call with a potential mastermind member who COULD NOT stop comparing us to the other masterminds out there It sounded like this guy had talked to everyone and was comparing value.. not the smartest use of his time as 1 hour of taking action is worth 10+ hours of price shopping But as somebody who is committed to building the best value in masterminds and pulling down this walled garden of information... I enjoyed listening in - because we win on every point. So in case you were wondering, before you go talk to the other business masterminds out there, here's are 3 red flags you'll see: 1) You HAVE to talk to a closer and the pricing is not listed anywhere This is a common pricing tactic to figure out how much money you can afford... and then they will charge at that level Get in one of these funnels and after joining you might find out the guy next to you paid 10k more than you for the same thing... Or worse, you're that guy to somebody else. Our mastermind has 1 flat price. $497 a month. And you don't have to get sold to by a closer. But if you want, my wife will give you a call after you fill in your application. Onto the next red flag 2) HIGH pricing and minimums So you join, and you like the monthly price of a mastermind (average pricing is 1k or more a month) but it's sketchy so you want to cancel. Well guess what? You can't. You signed a year long contract and now you need to pay it or face consequences. This is also a common agency pricing strategy, but we're doing differently at the AB Mastermind Because I think that YOU as the student know whether it will work for you quick. And if you find out even after a month that you're not committed to doing the work or if the quality isn't what you like Then you should be able to move on quick. Don't get caught in a cycle of debt joining mastermind and mastermind That's stupid, ridiculous... and common 3) They IGNORE You Just had a mastermind member join and tell me all about the last one he was in Who unfortunately was taught by one of our former students (but hey, every cold email mastermind is - haha) This guy, after joining the mastermind, had to wait DAYS for his replies. This is what happens when you pay all up front.. there's NO INCENTIVE for the mastermind owners or coaches to help you. So, as you can see here we've put together quite the offer for you: * A one on one with me (worth 4k) * 4x calls every single week (worth 6k/month) * 30+ hours of courses on growing your business * Cancel anytime with no contract, no closing call and no BS Seriously. I’ve finished the presentation on the 5 Growth Creator Models! It was heavy work so I had to reward myself with a bagel and a coffee afterward ?? Today I want to give you a glimpse of what we’ll cover when the episode will drop (Yesterday I said it will drop today but maybe tomorrow - I’ll keep you updated either way) But first I want to make a disclaimer: This Isn’t For You If You’re A Beginner! This will only be for: Agency owner or consultant who’s mastered delivering a specific transformation (preferably growth) for a specific niche. Anyone stuck between $20k-$100k/m & finally ready for a model that allows you to scale past $100k-$500k/m effortlessly and most importantly ETHICALLY. What I tried to do with these is summarize all the models responsible for having our partners scale to past $100k-500k/month in 12 months or less And so, just like I explained yesterday, we have 5 Growth Creator Models: Value Creation Model, Acquisition Model, Fulfillment Model, Moat Creation Model, Retention & Ascension Model. Today I want to give you a deeper dive into “Moat Creation Model” and “Retention & Ascension Model”. Moat Creation Model: The world isn’t all sunshine and rainbows, market dynamics make it HARD for even someone with a great offer, a great acquisition infrastructure, a great fulfillment to stay profitable and alive for over a decade! I know this because I’ve spent the last 9 months learning about how capital allocators/investors make decisions on what companies to invest in and which ones aren’t worth investing in or acquiring. From this research & the results we’ve seen, I’ve decided to add this as the 4th model we apply for all partners!
