Congratulations to Bettina (Tina) Koch on her third anniversary with CRE Vertical Advisors! Although her official anniversary was in January, we couldn’t let the occasion pass without publicly recognizing her exceptional contributions. While this is her 3rd anniversary, Tina worked with our CEO at a previous company and has been involved with her current portfolio for several years. We greatly appreciate her hard work, dedication and consistent desire to learn and improve.

"?????????????? ???????? ???????????????? ?????? ??????????????????" - ?????????? ?????????????? I'm admittedly very strategy-focused –?after all, our company is built on strategy and methodical execution. But here's a representation of this quote in real life: some of our team members having fun after sharing Valentine's Day treats together (nothing like a sugar high and some photo filters). LinkedIn is full of posts about leadership styles - the difference between leaders and bosses, warnings about micromanagement, and those inevitable photos of wolf packs walking in formation through the snow. Yes, those leadership principles matter – but they often focus solely on the leader. What's missing is how a great team positions their leader for success. When a team clicks - when they deliver excellent work while still making time to enjoy each other - you know you've built the right foundation. Having a team that works hard, cares deeply about what they do, and cares enough about each other to goof around every once in a while gives me the energy to work harder, to provide additional resources for professional growth, and to continue building this company while maintaining our core values. That's what makes a strategy truly work. #CompanyCulture #Leadership #TeamSuccess #WorkplaceCulture

Multifamily Real Estate Investor Since 2006 | Multifamily Syndicator & Mentor | Passively Invest or Learn How to Become an Active Investor
Navigating the complexities of commercial real estate requires expertise, adaptability, and a clear strategic vision. ???? In a recent episode of the Global Investors Podcast, industry veteran Andrew Lofredo shared invaluable insights from his three-decade journey through brokerage, property management, asset management, and advisory services. ????? What sets Andrew apart? His ability to bridge the gap between institutional-grade real estate operations and the unique, flexible needs of family offices and private investors. Unlike traditional property managers who focus solely on rent collection and maintenance, Andrew’s firm, CRE Vertical Advisors, offers a holistic approach—integrating asset management, property management, and advisory services to maximize long-term value. ????? ?? Key takeaways from the conversation: ?? The difference between managing founder-built wealth vs. inherited wealth—and why many family fortunes fade after a few generations ???? ?? The importance of balancing institutional structure with entrepreneurial flexibility in property management ???? ?? Why successful investors focus on long-term generational wealth rather than quick flips ??? ?? How syndicators and high-net-worth individuals can leverage professional asset management for better decision-making and scalability ???? Commercial real estate isn’t just about acquiring properties—it’s about strategic execution, maintaining tenant relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth. Whether you’re a family office, private investor, or syndicator, having an experienced advisory team can mean the difference between short-term gains and lasting wealth. ???? ?? Watch the full episode: https://lnkd.in/gsct4DY3 ?? What’s your approach to long-term real estate investment? Are you optimizing for short-term returns or playing the generational wealth game? Let’s discuss! ?? #CommercialRealEstate #PropertyManagement #AssetManagement #RealEstateInvesting #FamilyOffice #CRE #RealEstateStrategy #LongTermWealth #RealEstateAdvisory #Syndication #WealthManagement

Today's WSJ article points to an uptick in office demand, with more companies welcoming (and/or requiring) teams back and some are signing new leases. While occupancy still lags pre-2020, the renewed interest in high-quality, well-located spaces suggests offices remain a vital part of the work mix. It’s a measured but promising signal for landlords and investors eyeing the next phase of the office market. https://lnkd.in/eXiiYesd #realestate #officeproperties #assetmanagement
