The CRE Launch Program is designed for individuals at various stages of their CRE journey. Last year, we saw a significant increase in newcomers to CRE, with 52.78% of students being new to the industry, compared to 43.8% in 2023. At the same time, more students joined with full-time CRE roles (61.1% in 2024 vs. 43% in 2023), allowing them to expand their industry knowledge while actively contributing to it. So whether you're looking to break into CRE or take your career to the next level, this program is for you. We were excited to see two of our alumni take center stage at the recent Trinity University Real Estate Forum. A special shout-out to Class of '22 alumna Kate Silvas, CEcD, Realtor for the valuable insights she shared as a session panelist, and to Class of '24 alumnus Roan Erwin for his excellent work as a moderator and event organizer. We also had the pleasure of hearing from Jessica Cain, who not only participated as a panelist but has also generously volunteered as a CRE Launch mentor for three summers. It’s truly inspiring to see our alumni continue to excel and make a meaningful impact on the local commercial real estate community. Congratulations to all!

Great things ahead in 2025!
We are already preparing for the CRE Launch Program '25 and very excited to announce that Crexi will be hosting campuses at both their Los Angeles and Miami offices, Aspire Commercial will be hosting a Houston campus and Foresite Commercial Real Estate?? will be hosting San Antonio and Austin! With 5 campuses located in Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, San Antonio and Austin, we are looking forward to an incredible program in 2025. If you want to get involved, send me a note.
