Exciting new tenants join CRC properties! Uncle Chen’s Chinese Restaurant will be joining Creekside Station in Winchester, VA, bringing a variety of authentic Asian dishes to the center. This marks the first lease signed by Continental Realty Corporation since acquiring the property in August 2024. Kudos to Kelsi Holman, Commercial Leasing Manager, for leading this effort. J.Crew Factory has signed on to join Lakeside Village in Lakeland, FL, further expanding the retail offerings at the center. IMAGE Studios is set to open at Fox River Commons in Naperville, featuring 48 private salon studios designed for beauty and health professionals in a high-end, turnkey environment.
