With a portfolio of 23 retail assets, they assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled. From drafting contracts and organizing bid processes to tenant and vendor coordination, they truly do it all. They manage preventative maintenance schedules, process invoices, handle utility setups, and so much more. Whether it's submitting TA packages, managing certificates of insurance, or onboarding new properties, this team is the backbone that keeps us moving forward.
