I'll start with the punchline. Dude Perfect just hired our very first CEO! Thanks to the help of our awesome partners Highmount Capital and our amazing search firm Zeal Talent Ventures who each poured their hearts and souls into this search, since January we have collectively interviewed over 100 unbelievable candidates. To say we've been humbled by the type of people interested in this role would be a huge understatement. Having never walked through this before, it was much harder and weightier than I imagined it would be. As a founder, you get invested in the growing relationships along the way, and people who have built lives in different cities and industries are considering uprooting it all to join the vision you're casting. I even jokingly likened it to a dating show on TV where both sides get far down the road and then have to make an exciting and also difficult choice. That's the best example I've got and it's still not quite right. So for those we met along the way, thank you for believing in us and sharing your insights. I am a better man because of it. For years now we have been praying for the right leader for this team, and we are confident that God has delivered in a big way. Andrew Yaffe is a man of strong character with an incredible reputation, not just for doing hard work with excellence, but for the way he has done it. His work across content and various live experiences at the NBA has a lot of parallels to ours, and his track record of leading people and tackling big dreams is exactly what we've been searching for. We couldn't be more thrilled to be welcoming Andrew and his sweet wife and kids to the greater Dude Perfect family. Dude Perfect's mission is to create the most trusted entertainment on earth.
