The Level 4 punch list is complete and we're beginning prep on the rooftop for greenroof media. ?? The next few weeks will be critical on this job site!

Exciting progress at the Village Green Project in Nolensville! With foundations poured for all eight buildings, we’re officially going vertical. This 90,525-square-foot shopping center will be home to Publix and eight additional retail spaces, bringing new energy to the area. Kudos to Howard (Skip) Myers, Alex, and James for keeping this project moving forward!

Chad and David helped prep the site at Feintool for the press delivery. To prepare for the installation, we: - Removed concrete from the old electrical chase in the floor - Finished backfill of press and pit walls - Formed edge of pit walls for slab-on-grade pour - Installed embeds for checker plating floor

The Marriott Tri-Brand project is another significant achievement in our portfolio, showcasing our skill in adaptive reuse for the hospitality industry. One highlight of this project was dealing with the sloped floors of the existing parking garage. To address it, we selected a skilled subcontractor to use lightweight structural topping slabs, including approximately seven inches of Maxxon? Low-Density Fill (LDF) and one inch of Maxxon? Level-Crete. These materials met weight criteria while allowing for on-site pumping and finishing, ensuring structural stability. https://lnkd.in/eUyDchqu
