We’re so excited to be expanding The Block restaurant to Rogers, Minnesota! We will be opening up where the Rogers Muni used to be. There will be a few changes at The Block Rogers but overall same concept and vibes! ?? ???
Winter construction is always a challenge???? The latest addition to the Craft & Crew Hospitality group is no exception to that. Construction on The Block in City of Rogers, MN is forging ahead despite the frigid temperatures we've had. ?? We're facing the challenge of pouring outside concrete head-on; utilizing heating techniques, protective coverings, and ground thaw strategies to ensure the highest quality and maintain our ambitious timeline. ?? This project is a testament to the dedication and ingenuity of our amazing team. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to overcome these winter obstacles and bring The Block to life! Let Jerry Myers, Michael Pierson, and Nick Pruden know how you think it's going in the comments. We have to point out the hard work of Michael Guggisberg as well. He has been busting his butt to help Jerry with this complex process and intricate schedule. I had the pleasure of previewing Wells Roadside in St. Louis Park yesterday. it's the latest restaurant from Craft & Crew Hospitality at the former Galacy Drive-In site. The spot opens tomorrow, Sept. 10. Here's a few pictures of the space, food and menu (some of the lowest burger prices I've seen beyond fast food!).

Thank you for all your help this past year in finding the perfect equipment for Wells Roadside!
Wells Roadside is officially open! The new concept from Craft & Crew Hospitality is cooking up delicious smash burgers, fresh cut fries, Flavorburst soft serve and more! This spot will be using some of the most advanced cooking equipment on the market. In the kitchen they’re rocking a Taylor 3-platen clamshell grill and Taylor 8756 soft serve machine (made famous by Dairy Queen). Be sure to check them out! TSBL Distributing Taylor Company

We are thrilled to bring this iconic destination back to life! We can’t wait to serve you!
We started another Craft & Crew Hospitality project this week down at the old Galaxy Drive in in St Louis Park. We are extremely excited for this project as it is a revitalization of an #icon. The C&C team is going to be bringing new life this destination and the exciting part is that we are looking at year-round operation! They didn't want to strip all of the character out of the existing building so you can see in the renderings at the end of the video, features that remain! We are looking at wrapping up construction in early August and the C&C team will be opening shortly there after. More to come on this as we progress through.
