Who else likes views of the Intracoastal Waterway from a rooftop deck? An honest modern approach that takes influence from mid-century designs, with a simplified palette of hard wearing materials. The building is situated with a Main house at the front of the property oriented towards the intra-coastal views, and a guest house behind. Together these two buildings boarder a linear swimming pool that is bookended by second floor volumes - creating a courtyard feeling above while maintaining an uninterrupted view to the intra-coastal below. The living spaces on the ground floor open up to the pool courtyard for optimal summer living, while the upstairs living areas and bedrooms that open up to prime views and maximize solar exposure. The rear portions of the site contain a sport pavilion, a padel court, and a separate 10 car garage with an elevated hangout space above. We're thrilled to break ground on another coastal masterpiece in Landfall! Once complete, this stucco home will have over 6,000 square feet of living space in the Drayton Point neighborhood of Landfall. The design for this project is a collaboration with our very own CRAFT Architecture + Interiors and John Lipman AIA. Tongue & Groove has already begun the site work. While the renderings are incredible, it’s absolutely amazing to see this home come together in person. When complete, this home will feature an infinity pool with a waterfall, mahogany doors, a great room with vaulted ceilings, chef’s kitchen and two exterior fireplaces.
