????Employee Spotlight!???? Chad Strohl has been in the concrete business for about 20 years, and his favorite part is still the people he works with. He joined the Crafco team in 2021 after Crafco acquired DeKalb, IL-based Right Pointe LLC, where Chad had previously worked. “Crafco kept hearing my name as somebody they might want to bring back,” he says. “They reached out, we talked and everything is history.” He has been with Crafco ever since as our Concrete Products Sales Manager. “I get to be a product manager but still get to sell product and deal with customers I have strong relationships with,” Chad says. “I enjoy working with many departments. The personalities of customers and fellow employees are always the most interesting.” Q&A with Chad Strohl: ?Favorite activity? “Any sporting event. Sports are always interesting to me. And going to my camper! Nothing better than a camp fire!” ??Favorite album? “Any Bob Dylan Album. He is the greatest song writer alive and I named my 2nd son after him.” ??Best character traits? “Honest & hard working. It is the best way to get through the day.”
