Their team of community health workers show up for families every single day, connecting families with resources, providing health education, teaching parenting skills and more. We were more than happy to show up for them and celebrate their impact on our community. Congrats to Healthy Moms & Babes on a fantastic event! We can’t wait to join you again next year!

Through this grant, we'll be able to help 1,000 mothers navigate and choose services that best meet their immediate needs before, during and after pregnancy — whether that's getting baby a crib, helping mom schedule and get to doctor appointments, working to secure housing or other resources to support their well-being.
