This month, we're talking about supported decision-making! Carli Friedman, our Director of Research, looked at the quality of life outcomes from POM interviews (2016-2023) with about 6,000 people and found: "Regardless of their demographics, people with assisted decision-making were 1.8 TIMES MORE LIKELY to be connected to natural support networks than people with full/plenary guardianship."
