As part of our commitment toward transparency and customer engagement, we’re sending each of our residential and commercial customers a personalized letter this week. The letter provides an overview of each customer’s energy use, Sustainable Tomorrow Energy Plan (STEP) contribution amount and highlights how we’re delivering value to our community. The letter also includes details on how customers can stay engaged, provide feedback and explore assistance programs. If you’re a CPS Energy customer, you should receive your letter via email or mail, depending on your billing preference.

Last month, our CPS Energy Rodeo Team showcased incredible skill and teamwork at the International Linemen’s Rodeo in Kansas! Competing alongside the best of the best from around the world, our three journeyman teams and seven apprentices represented us with pride. Out of 46 teams, one of our journeyman teams placed 5th overall in the Municipal Division! ???? Outstanding work, team! #CPSEnergy #OneTeam
