The development is an 8-story student-housing apartment complex, located in the heart of The University of Texas’ West Campus. The modern design features units with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and keyless smart locks. The complex includes an internal courtyard pool, a gym, yoga room and saunas - all tailored for premier living. Scheduled to open in the summer of 2026, it promises to set the standard for student accommodation in Austin. Korman specializes in luxury jewelry from diamonds, Swiss timepieces, appraisal and repair services - including a world-class Rolex service center/watchmaking workshop and master jewelers in-house. This renovation project takes a challenging site and transforms it into a beautifully designed and re-imagined split level retail building, bringing new life to the old University Cyclery shop and anchoring a 50+ year Austin-owned business at a new location in our community. The team has collectively overcome a number of unique challenges along the way, and we look forward to celebrating together at the grand opening of Korman Fine Jewelry in the Spring of 2025. CPM is proud to announce the recent completion of the Burnet Place Apartments project for our Client, Project Transitions. Burnet Place Apartments in Austin provides 61 affordable housing units specifically reserved for individuals living with HIV in Austin. This thoughtfully designed property will feature staff offices, supportive service spaces, a central landscaped courtyard, a kitchen, a food pantry, and 11 unique floorplans. This is the second property in Project Transitions' growing portfolio, reflecting their ongoing commitment to expanding their Housing Program and supporting the Austin community. As summer winds down, we hope you've been able to enjoy time with friends and family in the great outdoors! For some, that may have included time at the new Skyline Park in the Easton Park community in South Austin. CPM is proud to have been the Project Manager on this unique project that enhanced the nearby community. Skyline Park is a 21-acre hub for community recreation. The project features pavilions, playgrounds, a splash pad, an art monument, a zipline, acres of green space, and picnic shade structures. From infrastructure development, such as site erosion controls and mass grading, to fine grading, landscaping, and lighting, the entire project team ensured seamless execution at every step. Rising from the ashes! Following an arson event in February 2021 that left just the concrete and masonry shell intact, the restored Mason County Courthouse is now operational and occupied. CPM served as the Project Manager for Mason County, working alongside Architexas and Texas Historical Commission to bring this Hill Country gem back to her rightful place at the center of town in Mason, Texas. The restoration scope included a new structural steel roof, building envelope, restored exterior masonry (damaged in the fire and subsequent freeze), MEP systems, finishes, and technology upgrades to modernize the facility while maintaining an appropriate balance with historical accuracy. CPM is proud to have been a part of this building's revitalization. The people of Mason - and beyond - supported this project in many ways and remain a shining example of a common goal unifying the community. Welcome home, Mason! Conor was previously with our firm before returning home to New Zealand for 8 years, where he has worked in the steel construction business and turnkey real estate development for the largest homebuilder and social housing provider in New Zealand. Hailing from the northeast corridor, Ian has quickly proven himself to be a key asset for our clients and our team in navigating complex development and construction matters throughout Central Texas. Ian is also active in the community, involved in associations such as YMBL Austin where he recently assisted in the design and construction oversight of the new Garrison Lodge, supporting YMBL's philanthropy at Austin Sunshine Camps.
