The removal of asbestos from recovered pipe has developed into a strictly regulated process, and it is a vital step to reintroduce the pipe into the market. ? Asbestos-containing materials, or ACM, are widely regulated as they are human carcinogens. Exposure can lead to asbestosis, lung cancer, pleural disease, and mesothelioma.
