This meeting served as a follow-up to the successful CPDA DC Fly-In that took place in February. Brad Swillen, who served as the 2024 CPDA Chairman, was present at the meeting. Last Wednesday, we had the pleasure of teaming up with the Agricultural Retailers Association, CropLife America, and The Fertilizer Institute to organize a Political Action Committee fundraiser for House Agriculture Committee Ranking Member Angie Craig (D-MN). Representing Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District, Congresswoman Craig is a strong advocate for the diverse agricultural community in southeast Minnesota. As discussions continue on the new Farm Bill, it was an ideal moment to engage in a comprehensive conversation about our mutual priorities.
