Coyote Hill exists to give children in foster care a safe place to be a child. We know safe children today make safe families tomorrow. We work to end child abuse & neglect in this generation. Coyote Hill has three areas of ministry: foster care services, a foster care community, and an equine program.

Spring is near! Last week, CCH came out and spent one-on-one time teaching our children about seeds – how God's word and message are like seeds, and it's our duty to spread them and watch God grow them! "The kiddos' flowers are doing amazing! Thank you for encouraging them to make these and watch them grow!" – Stephanie Kreitner

In honor of social worker appreciation month, we want to highlight a special person. Meet Sherry Moller, who recently retired after 29 years with the Department of Social Services. She was one of the first caseworkers Bill and Tammy met when they became Home Parents, as two brothers, Calvin and Jesse, were placed with them. The impact of this relationship is immeasurable. Sherry played a key role in their lives, and the connection between Bill, Tammy, and her helped shape their future. Today, both Calvin and Jesse are thriving—strong husbands, fathers, and homeowners, raising their families outside of foster care. Praise God, the cycle is broken!

March is Social Worker Appreciation Month, and today, we want to take a moment to recognize the incredible work of case workers everywhere! ?? Case workers dedicate their lives to helping others—whether it’s supporting families in crisis, helping individuals access resources, or being a constant source of support during tough times. Their empathy, commitment, and resilience make a world of difference in the lives of so many. To all the case workers out there—thank you for your unwavering dedication, compassion, and for being the unsung heroes who often go above and beyond to ensure others thrive. Your work is invaluable, and today (and every day), we see you and appreciate you. #SocialWorkerAppreciation #ThankYouCaseWorkers #UnsungHeroes #SocialWorkMatters

In January, we had the privilege of receiving an update from a former Coyote Hill kid, and we couldn’t be more proud of the progress she’s made! We love celebrating the achievements of the children who’ve been placed in our care. With her permission, we’re sharing her post to protect her privacy and honor her journey. Breana posts, "Something I want to rant about real quick: I got into the spring term for college, and I’m working towards my LVN-RN . One thing I want to say about it is that I’m not doing this just for the title of being a nurse or for the money. I’m doing it because I grew up in foster care, as some of you may know. I want to do this for the kids who are currently in foster care or who have aged out of it. I want to show them that no matter what life throws at you, life is not over. Your past and traumas do not define the person you are or the person you can become. I’ve really debated going back to Coyote Hill to visit now that I’m an adult, but I don’t want to just walk in there as a former foster kid. I want these kids to have something to look forward to. I want them to know that dreams and passions can become a reality. No matter how hard life seems or how much you go through, that does not define you. God has greater plans than we could ever imagine. I pray He guides me through this. I’m smart enough, and I know I can do it this second time around. Lol. Here we go—Nursing student of 2025!" #CoyoteHill #FosterCare #SuccessStories #ProudMoment #InspiringJourney

This Valentine's Day, let's spread love where it's needed most—within our foster care community. Foster parents, children, and families are in need of not just care, but connection, compassion, and support. Whether you're a foster parent, volunteer, or simply someone who cares, your heart can make a world of difference. Today, let's take a moment to honor the selfless love given by those who open their hearts and homes, and extend a hand to help those in need. If you're interested in getting involved, there are so many ways to show love to children and families in the foster system—from donating time or resources to simply sharing kindness. #FosterCare #LoveInAction #ValentinesDay #FosterLove #CommunityCare #GiveBack #BeTheChange
