Last Saturday, SD Soybean Checkoff participated in the University of South Dakota Football - Ag Appreciation Day. Ross Scott and I had a blast making donuts and sharing the benefits of soy-based cooking oils.?The donuts were fried with Plenish? soybean oil, giving attendees a tasty introduction to heart-healthy cooking. It was a great day of connecting with students and fans alike.
