    I had the great pleasure of announcing that Visa will now treat creators as small business owners the other night at Web Summit. What does that mean? ?? Creators will now have access to the same tools and network as small businesses. They’ll be able to access capital through Visa Business credit cards, get paid in real-time with Visa Business debit cards, and gain access to financial tools, resources, and products that have helped millions of small businesses thrive around the world. We’re really at an interesting intersection of culture and commerce, and one of the things we recognize at Visa is that commerce doesn’t operate in a vacuum. It’s shaped by culture, but it also shapes culture. What we buy, why we buy, how we buy — even the things of value we exchange. It’s all deeply cultural. And what we’ve noticed within that dynamic is that creativity has risen as a force. Streamers and content creators are becoming the number one source of entertainment. They’re too big to ignore any longer. It is not just the act of creating something new, but about expanding what is possible for more and more people. It’s showing others what we can become. Kids look up to these new A-list celebrities because they see themselves and new possibilities for what they can do. What’s most exciting is there are more creators than ever before — across music, fashion, podcasting, streaming, and social media. And it’s all building to what we’re projecting to be a $480 billion business by 2027. The creator economy is here, and Visa will be right alongside them as they take the small steps needed to move forward in life. Long-Form Content Thrives with Loyal Audiences – Once people can’t get enough of you, they’ll follow you everywhere and engage with your long-form videos. 5. It’s About YOU Too– These days, ideas alone aren’t enough—your personality is what will draw the crowds and make them stay. So be genuine, build a community around your story. 6. The Right Audience Wants You to Win – When people invest their time and attention in you, they become emotionally invested in your success. 7.
