I recently had the opportunity to join Family Health Matters on WGVU with host Shelley Irwin and Rachel VanDyke, NP from Holland Hospital to talk about one of the most underrated performance enhancers out there—sleep. Keep your bedtime and wake time the same—even on weekends ? Build a pre-sleep routine—your body thrives on habits ? You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Tracking sleep with tools like ōURA, WHOOP, or Garmin is the best way to start optimizing it. Improving sleep doesn’t just help you feel better—it helps you perform, think, and live better.
