February was jam packed with community outreaches and some sweet in house fun! Lets debrief: ?? We held our 17th annual Science of Chocolate! It was filled with a choco-lot of fun and of course some sweet experiments. ?? Our staff joined Loggerhead Marinelife Center for turtle fest. The shark tooth dig was a beloved among our visitors! ?? We hosted a Project WILD professional development workshop certifying another 15 educators in South FL! Filled with games and hands-on learning ready to use in every classroom or learning environment. ?? ASU welcomed our senior staff to discuss future partnership programs. Their trip was the true definition of work hard play hard! We are so excited to be "Opening Every Mind to Science" both inside the science center and outside in the community. Yesterday, our team proudly completed a sudden cardiac arrest program! This initiative focuses on building awareness, conducting screenings, providing training, and ensuring swift, effective emergency responses. A huge thank you to every team member who stepped up with confidence and dedication—your readiness to take action makes all the difference!
