#MeetTheTeam: EZ Rincon, Quality Control As Quality Control Supervisor, he has developed and oversees quality control systems on all Cowen Construction Commercial, Multi-family and Tenant Improvement projects to guarantee that products consistently satisfy customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements. EZ has over 32 years of construction service experience gained in various projects. His training derived from classroom instruction, continuing education seminars, Foreman Construction for 16 years, OSHA Safety Class, and on site experience. Cowen is proud to have him as part of our team since 2018.
