At Covenant Shelter of New London, we've been a supportive neighbor in New London County and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We offer safe haven and resources to homeless adult males and families in need. We are widely known as a compassionate one-stop resource that connects people in need with programs, services, and resources for healthy and self-sufficient living, provides clean temporary emergency shelter, transitions 100% of the clients served from homelessness to appropriate housing and advocates for social and political change.

Huge shoutout to everyone who joined us for today's resume building workshop! It was incredibly inspiring to see so many people working hard, sharing their skills and interests, and dedicated to leveling up their resumes so they can land their dream jobs. A special thank you to Paul Dunn from Mitchell College for his fantastic facilitation! The energy in the room was amazing – we saw collaboration, vulnerability, and genuine support as everyone helped each other improve. It was a few hours filled with food, fun, and some serious work, and it was beautiful to witness. I'm so bummed I didn't grab any photos!
