Covenant Royalties (CR) is a mineral and royalty acquisition firm with diversified capital backing, including family offices and high net worth individuals as well as a funded industry platform. Though CR has historically focused in the Permian, we have expanded and are actively prospecting and closing deals in other basins (SCOOP/STACK, Haynesville, Appalachia, etc.). Covenant’s management has an extensive and successful history of acquisitions and divestitures, and are currently buying under the entities Covenant Royalties V76, LP (CRV76) and Salty Rock Resources, LLC (SRR). Emerging aggressively from the COVID collapse, CR posted significant transaction activity in 2021 culminating in attractive returns that outpaced projections. CR’s robust team continues to actively build its deal pipeline, amassing data, leveraging proven relationships, and strategically acquiring despite market volatility.
