Not even a storm that arrived halfway through the ceremony, moving the standing-room-only crowd indoors, could dampen the excitement of the historic groundbreaking on Thursday, July 18, 2024. The groundbreaking marked the first major renovations since 2002, the first new residences since 1996, and the commencement of several transformative projects integral to Covenant Village's Master Plan for the next five to ten years. This past week, Kim Kling, Senior Director of Finance and Cory Sills, Director of Technology, alongside other healthcare leaders, participated in LeadingAge Lobby Day 2024 on Capitol Hill. They engaged with our Congressional representatives to address critical issues affecting senior healthcare organizations.

Yesterday, Gaston College students, led by Gloria Caldwell RN-C,BSN,MA, were here to work on their clinicals. Gloria says, "Thank you! We love it here! The students learn so much!"
