Thanks to the work of these incredible vendors, 3 rooms are now functional and ready to house homeless youth. HIF and BluSky are back at Covenant House California! Last year, with the support of HIF Board companies BluSky Restoration Contractors, Equity Residential, and Benchmark Environmental, we renovated five units. This year, our Renovation Program is working on three more units to house homeless youth.

Exciting news! BluSky Restoration Contractors is back at Covenant House California! In 2023, thanks to the efforts of HIF Board Companies, BluSky Restoration Contractors and Equity Residential (and several fantastic vendors including Benchmark Environmental, we renovated 5 units, providing safe, supportive housing for 7 young adults. This amazing project completed a substantial scope of work valued at over $66,800 in donated services and materials. Now HIF’s Renovation Program is back to help get three more units online to house homeless youth! A huge thank you to Benchmark, BluSky, Equity, and Aquatek Plumbing Inc. for your unwavering support in helping provide safe housing for vulnerable youth.
