We have an open position for a Maintenance Technician at our Courtyard by Marriott Boone. About Us: We are a full-service Marriott in Boone, ranked in the top 5% of the brand nationwide for our service scores. We have an excellent teamwork environment with cross-training and promotion opportunities available. Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain common/public areas of the hotel including but not limited to public restrooms, indoor pool, lobby, courtyard, and restaurant. - Performing preventative and ongoing maintenance to hotel guest rooms and common areas - Indoor swimming pool cleaning and maintenance - Operate carpet and tile/grout cleaning machines - HVAC cleaning and maintenance - Provide support staff to maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry Requirements: - Experience is preferred by not required - Must have dependable transportation - Typical Schedule: Mon/Tues off and 8a-4p Wed-Sun (weekend work required for position) Perks: - Excellent employee benefits - Health insurance (after the measurement period) - Paid vacation (after 1 year) - Time and 1/2 for overtime and holidays https://lnkd.in/eJmeUxwj.
