The risk of doing in-person, live training events... is the feedback. So, it's lucky that I thrive on feedback on CourtReserve. We try everyday to make it better for our users. I really mean that. But what I heard in Phoenix this week – as I stood there in front of a room full of my customers. Who actually paid to be there. It shocked me. Shocked me in a GREAT way. ??? "I didn't know I was gonna use CourtReserve to a whole new level!" This made me smile. Yes. I own a pickleball club with Tim Owens. It opened a year ago next month! (time flies!) It's been successful beyond my wildest dreams.
