Founder of CourtCorrect | Complaints AI from the Future ??

As we head into 2025, it was great to take some of our London team to the British Museum and see the Complaint Tablet to Ea-Nassir. Written in cuneiform on a clay tablet in 1,750 BCE, the tablet details the complaint of Nanni against copper merchant Ea-Nassir for the supply of sub-standard copper ingots and - crucially - very rude treatment. While the systems, tools and skills required to tackle the timeless human desire to complain have evolved significantly since ancient Mesopotamia, now is the time to take the next step. Complaints don't only cost UK Plc £100bn per year (according to the Institute of Customer Service) - they are also a real opportunity to retain customers, beat your competitors and deliver justice. As we head into a world characterised by change, disruption and new opportunities, at CourtCorrect our focus remains simple: - Continue innovating and delivering for our customers, ensuring they have access to the best, safest and most performant AI technology for complaints resolution on the planet, accompanied by flawless execution and rigorous security standards. - Continue bringing together experts in AI and financial services operations and compliance from world-leading research and business backgrounds like Cambridge, Cohere, HSBC and KPMG. We're always hiring, so reach out if you've got something to contribute! - Stay aligned with our core mission of enabling access to justice with technology and create a win-win-win for consumers, businesses and regulators by making complaints resolution more effective and consistent and remediating root causes. With an exciting product roadmap, collaborations across the financial services sector and a strong and growing track record, we're thrilled to launch into 2025 guided by our core values of fairness and trust. Let's go! #technology #ai #finance #startup

On 6th November, we were honoured to attend Grant Thornton Ireland's #ConsumerProtection Conference “Shaping Tomorrow: The Future of Consumer Protection in a Digital Age”. Thanks again to Brian Duffy and Kevin Coleman for the kind invitation and making it happen! Ludwig Bull, our Founder & CEO, shared the floor with such distinguished guests as Tara McDermott from the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) and Wesley Murphy from the Central Bank of Ireland, to discuss how innovation and regulatory foresight can shape the future of consumer protection in Ireland. Bringing together leaders from diverse sectors, the conference reflected a shared commitment to delivering better outcomes for consumers. We couldn’t think of a better note on which to begin our official expansion to Ireland, and are grateful to Cathie Farrell MInstD for moderating the panel and Brian Hayes from the Banking & Payments Federation Ireland for his illuminating opening speech. You can sign up here for early access to CourtCorrect in Ireland: https://lnkd.in/evDmvJci. You can also read our key takeaways and insights on our blog: https://lnkd.in/enBcwiCG.
