The Federal CM/ECF system experienced a nationwide disruption in the delivery of Notices of Electronic Filings (NEFs) from Monday, January 20, 2025, through Wednesday, January 22, 2025. During this time, many NEFs were not successfully delivered to all intended recipients.? ? Clients who subscribe to our service, ECF Assurance, were already notified of filings that were not initially received.
