App, which brings to life our S.W.A.N.? (sleep, water, activity, nutrition) Method to physical health, subject-matter expert tips, and tools to create generational health while helping couples foster connection and motivation. We revamped our website to enhance engagement, feature our client's testimonials, and provide tips and tools to make health and wellness more accessible. Current clients have lost over 50 pounds in the last two months, helping to combat the adult obesity epidemic. We practice what we preach; Kurt and I use our app and have lost 12 pounds in the past month! As we look ahead, we are committed to enhancing our offerings with our CoupleyFit?
