It was an exciting afternoon on Monday to witness former Delaware County Engineer and Past CEAO President & Treasurer, Fred Stults unveil the Home Road Bridge over the Scioto River as the Fred L. Stults Bridge. Stults was the CEAO President in 1977 as well as Past Treasurer from 1979 - 1985 and served as County Engineer for 27 years before retiring in 1996. John Olivieri, our Executive Director was honored to meet his wife, Nancy of 65 years and be a part of this celebration amongst their family and friends. Thank you to Delaware County Engineer Chris Bauserman for inviting CEAO to this special event. We were able to catch up with Fred in 2023 at our Engineers Conference where we honor all the Past Presidents & Treasurers and hope to see him again in 2025!
