Next up, Sandra Mitrovic, SDR Lead at Country Navigator! ?? ??Could you describe your role and/or what your average day looks like? "As an SDR Lead, my days are a mix of coaching, strategizing, and occasionally reminding the team that "follow-ups" are not just a suggestion ?? . It’s a blend of pipeline-building, objection-handling, and celebrating the small (and big) wins. Basically, if sales were a sport, I’d be the assistant coach, part time - referee and full-time cheerleader." ??What do you enjoy doing outside of CN? "Outside of CN, I love spending time with my family, traveling, and taking care of my little zoo—because apparently, one pet wasn’t enough! My days often involve negotiating with my pets like they’re difficult clients, ensuring everyone is fed, entertained, and not causing total chaos. If I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me planning my next adventure (or just daydreaming about it!)" ??How would you describe the culture at Country Navigator? "The culture at CN is all about collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning. It’s a place where everyone supports each other, challenges are tackled as a team, and there’s always room for new ideas.
