A new affordable housing initiative, Belleview Townhomes, broke ground this past Friday morning on the west side of Kansas City. Joe Mendoza, Country Club Bank's Community Development Officer, was present as he also serves as the Chairman of the Hispanic Economic Development Corporation (HEDC).
