Last May, I was selected for the Council of Women World Leaders Fellowship and placed with the Reykjavík Global Forum. This week, I got to attend the forum! I was fortunate to stay on as a programme coordinator after my fellowship ended in August. I had the opportunity to engage with Nobel Peace Prize laureate Maria Ressa, former First Lady of Iceland & author Eliza Reid, activist Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, President of Iceland Halla Tomasdottir, former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, former Prime Minister of Iceland Katrín Jakobsdóttir, along with many other inspiring women world leaders.
