We are looking for the next Dr. Russell G. Mawby Intern! The Mawby Intern will engage with the Michigan Community Foundations’ Youth Project (MCFYP) through attending and assisting the planning of the Youth Grantmakers Summer Leadership Conference, supporting the facilitation of the 2025 MCFYP Committee Winter Planning Weekend Retreat, serving as a liaison for the MCFYP Committee and more. We encourage you to share this opportunity with your networks! The intern will begin working with CMF in January 2025 for approximately 5-10 hours/week, until the end of April. To help make benchmarking data from the recently released?2024 Grantmaker Salary & Benefits Report?even more relevant for our region and actionable for all CMF members, our team partnered with Indiana Philanthropy Alliance again this year and several partner philanthropy-serving organizations to create a specialized Midwest report that provides data on full-time paid staff at foundations based in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin.
