I am grateful to be featured in the Council for European Studies EuropeNow Journal's Campus Spotlight on the Nanovic Institute for European Studies! My article, "Notre Dame/Catholic University of Lublin Program: Lublin as a Site and Symbol of Jewish Presence," reflects on my experience this past summer exploring the rich and complex history of Lublin, Poland. This program reinforced my belief that the most meaningful education, particularly within the discipline of European Studies, happens when we can collaborate with international peers and engage deeply with history, culture, and dialogue. I would like to thank Abigail Lewis, PhD and Keith Sayer for their guidance and support in writing this piece, as well as the Nanovic Institute for European Studies for providing opportunities that have profoundly shaped my undergraduate journey.
