We help engineers, contractors, and end-users design, build, and maintain High-Performance Buildings, specifically with Water Control Systems for water pressure, level, temperature, flow, and quality. The company was founded in 2003 as a Manufacturer’s Rep Firm (Cougar Sales) serving the Greater Houston area. Over the first five years, the company grew from selling products to providing complete system solutions. In 2011, Cougar USA moved into a 14,000 square foot facility with expanded production capabilities to support Cougar Systems, and in 2018 further expanded our physical footprint with the addition of a training facility, which increased our total facility size to 21,800 square feet.

I stopped by the Caleffi Hydronic Solutions booth at the AHR Expo last week and really liked their Two-Stage PRV Kit. This is a great solution for high-rise buildings where there will be 150psi or more in the riser on the lower floors.

We invited a select group of students from the Texas A&M University Professional Association for Industrial Distribution Program for a day of learning, networking, and growth! These future professionals traveled to Houston to tour our facility, meet our team, and experience the Cougar USA culture firsthand. We wrapped up the day with insightful 1-on-1 interviews, helping them take their next steps toward a bright future. It’s always an honor to connect with eager students as they prepare to enter the workforce. Thank you to everyone who joined us – we’re excited to see where your careers take you!
