Cottonwood Heights City Manager Departing to Pursue Opportunities in Higher Education and Non-profit Organization Management. City Manager Tim Tingey has dedicated nearly six years of service to Cottonwood Heights City and has given notice that he will be leaving his position at the end of June to become a full-time faculty member in the Programs of Public Affairs at The University of Utah. He will also be working as the Chief Administrative Officer at NeighborWorks Salt Lake, a nonprofit organization focused on revitalizing neighborhoods through housing, resident leadership, youth, and economic development.
