关于我们
Cotton Patch Cafe was born in Nacogdoches, TX in 1989. The idea was simple. Make classic Texas recipes from scratch and serve them with the kind of hospitality that you can only find in Texas. From those first days in the Cotton Patch kitchen, we’ve always understood that good flavor takes hard work. There are no traffic jams on the extra mile. That’s the secret to our success. Each and every day, we show up early, roll up our sleeves, and chop, blend, batter, and freshly prepare every recipe. When you see the pride on our face, it’s because we know what it took to make every bite taste that good. That means you can’t find a finer Chicken Fried Steak in the South. But that’s really only the start of our story. When you dine with us, it’s a chance to experience the best that Texas has to offer. We’re cooking up the flavors you love from all over this great state. Cooking with bigger, bolder flavors is how we honor our Texas roots. It’s Scratch-made, Texas-inspired cooking that’s anything but expected. Welcome to Cotton Patch, y'all.

Challenging times remind us of what matters most, our guests and team members. ?? The restaurant industry has faced its share of hurdles within the past few years. While reading headlines about bankruptcies is never easy, they serve as a powerful reminder: people are the backbone of any brand. ? At Cotton Patch Cafe, caring for our team and guests isn’t just a strategy—it’s our foundation. By staying people-first, we continue to build long-term success, one meaningful relationship at a time.

It’s unfortunate to see so many bankruptcies in our industry. While sometimes this process is necessary to reset a brand’s debt structure or shed underperforming assets, it is still tough on team members, guests, and partners. While we’ve seen an increase in bankruptcies lately, I see this as an acute issue that specific brands are facing. I remain bullish that brands who take care of their guests and their teams will thrive long term. https://lnkd.in/gDAJ-Kgg

We're proud to announce our participation in Giving Kitchen's Dining With Gratitude 2024, a nationwide initiative in October. The campaign will support and celebrate those working in food and beverage operations across the nation. Giving Kitchen is a national 501(c)3, and a James Beard Foundation Award-winning nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance and a network of community resources to food service workers in times of crisis in all 50 states. “We are thrilled to partner with The Giving Kitchen for this meaningful initiative,” said Brandon Coleman III, CEO of Cotton Patch Cafe and a member of Giving Kitchen’s advisory board. “Our purpose is to inspire more smiles for our guests, our team, and our communities. Giving Kitchen allows us to bring a smile to food service workers in need and to make an impact on the most important part of the restaurant business: its people.” As part of its involvement, Cotton Patch Cafe will donate $1 from every dessert sold now through Thursday, Oct. 31, to The Giving Kitchen. With a variety of tasty options to choose from including decadent Chocolate Dr Pepper Cake and warm Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream, giving back has never been so sweet. “Dining With Gratitude is not just about raising critical funds; it’s about celebrating the spirit of generosity essential to the heart of the food service industry,” says Giving Kitchen’s Founder, Jen Hidinger-Kendrick. "Every client Giving Kitchen serves reflects our industry’s commitment to building a food service community that meets each crisis with compassion and care."
