This year at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest, the Cotton Culinary team fired up flavor with boudin egg rolls with Creole remoulade, braised short rib empanadas and crepe suzette with WhistlePig Whiskey barrel-aged maple syrup—just a taste of what we served at the Cotton Q Club. Congrats to this year’s Junior Cook-Off winners—we loved seeing the next generation of pitmasters in action! ???? Thank you to our incredible partners who helped make this weekend unforgettable.
