The pressure to manage healthcare costs effectively leads employers to expect more from third-party administrators (TPAs). Prepay integrity services are no longer optional for TPAs who want to stay competitive. A well-designed prepay integrity program protects against unnecessary spending and strengthens partnerships between TPAs and employers. Watch on YouTube as we explore key technical and clinical components necessary for payment integrity success. https://bit.ly/4af9mRk #HealthPlans #payments?

Earlier this month, members of our Black Employee Success Team (BEST) employee resource group represented Cotiviti at Career Day at Eddie Bernice Johnson STEM Academy in Dallas, Texas. Engaging with eager second graders, they shared about their career journeys and the impact of their roles at Cotiviti in human resources, benefits, and medical coding. Thank you to Nicole Richardson, Sharonica Boston, and Shay Williams for participating, along with our Talent Acquisition team for providing Cotiviti swag—this truly made the students’ day! Events like these allow us to inspire the next generation while showcasing the meaningful work we do to improve the healthcare system. #CotivitiCares #BESTERG #CareerDay #VTO

As we continue celebrating Women’s History Month in partnership with Cotiviti’s Women’s Inclusiviti Network (WIN), we recognize Dr. Helen Rodríguez-Trías, a pioneering physician, activist, and advocate for health equity and reproductive rights. Born in Puerto Rico, Dr. Rodríguez-Trías became a leader in public health and social justice, working to improve medical care for women, children, and marginalized communities. She fought against forced sterilization practices targeting Puerto Rican women, helped establish maternal and child health programs, and was a founding member of the Women’s Caucus of the American Public Health Association. Her dedication to healthcare as a human right led her to serve as the first Latina president of the American Public Health Association, where she continued advocating for accessible, ethical medical care. Dr. Rodríguez-Trías’ work reminds us that true progress in healthcare means fighting for the rights of the most vulnerable. Her legacy continues to inspire those working toward a more just and inclusive medical system. #WomensHistoryMonth #HealthEquity #WomenInMedicine
