In her previous role leading our team's Supply Chain, Operations, and Customer Experience, Grace played a key part in transforming our operations, building and strengthening supplier relationships, and driving incredible improvements in customer experience. Her leadership has been nothing short of exceptional—navigating complex challenges with strategic insight and a clear focus on always delivering results. Grace’s ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining a customer-first mindset has had a lasting impact on our team and our business.
